Kim Stirling
Kim really enjoys the challenge of learning, so with over 25 years in the health industry, she decided to further her studies and now has a Bachelor of Naturopathy, a Diploma in Herbal Medicine as well as a Diploma in Nutrition. Kim’s approach in her practice is an integrative evidence-based method, and as well she strongly believes that ‘food is medicine’ and that nutrition is one of the foundations of good health – she stays up-to-date with the latest knowledge in her fields of interest by reading journals and attending conferences and seminars.
Though in her practice Kim works in all aspects of health, her particular key interests are in chronic stress, immune system issues, digestive complaints and hormone imbalances – and the resulting issues on the endocrine system. And, she has designed a number of wholistic programmes that inspire and guide people to live life to the fullest.
Her husband and children are her life, and in her spare time she loves to create – be it gardening, cooking or handcrafts. She also enjoys the practical side of helping in the community by running and volunteering at regular monthly cooking schools – showing people how to live a happier and healthier life.
